Orem: Tuesday – Saturday 8am-7pm
Sandy: Monday 9am-6pm, Wed 9-6 , Friday 8 am-1 pm
Cancellation Policy: Please give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancle or reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may need to be rescheduled
